Having spent the past year building upon his acclaimed production work on debut EP Cold Blue (2014), and mas- terfully crafting remixes for the likes of Hermitude, One Day and Jane Tyrrell, March 6 sees the release of Jayteehazard’s newest opus, Red Shift.

With several high profile hip hop production credits to his name (Hilltop Hoods, Briggs), his solo work is marked by a much more electronic focus. Mixed by Diplo collaborator and Grammy-nominated engineer/producer Franklin Rodríguez aka El Medico, Red Shift sees him employ his trademark heavy-hitting percussion, hook-laden vocal chops and soaring arpeggiated synths, expertly glued together by glorious and booming subsonics. Simultaneously, it sees Jayteehazard step into warmer musical territories—with the soulful vocals of Fred Leone on ‘Seen’, the delectable vocal percussion on ‘We Do’, and the vibey, delicate piano on ’Solis’. Jayteehazard unites organic and electronic sounds with supreme precision—his nuanced sample like instrumentation sets him apart from his peers, injecting complex dynamics rarely heard in electronic music.

The ‘Red Shift‘ EP is out March 6 on Elefant Traks. Available on limited edition red & black vinyl and via iTunes, you can pre-order the vinyl now.
Jayteehazard will be on tour with One Day this April for their ‘Many Hands’ tour.

Australian Customers

We’ve chosen Australia Post to handle delivery of all our orders. Australia Post offers a safe, fast, cheap and reliable service. If you’re in a rush for your purchase Express Post offers next business day delivery Australia wide. Each item in the store is individually weighed and our shipping calculator works out the actual postage cost.

Overseas Customers

For most orders we recommend Air Mail shipping, Australia’s Air Mail rates are some of the cheapest in the world and they also provide a swift shipping time. Other options include Express Post International, Express Courier International and Sea Mail.

International orders may be subject to local taxes and duties. It is the buyers responsibility to understand and pay these.

Making a Return

Australian Customers

If you change your mind after your goods have arrived you may send them back within 30 days of receipt. You must contact us for a goods return authorisation number first. No goods will be accepted without this number. Reseal the package, with your invoice attached to the front, write the return authorisation number on the back, mark it ‘Return To Sender’ and you can send it via Australia Post. If you have simply decided that you don’t want the order we will refund the value of the goods or credit the value against a future order. We regret that shipping charges are only refundable if we have made an error in the goods we have supplied or the goods are damaged.

Overseas Customers
